The Scream! This painting, which would later sale for 119 million dollars was stolen by thieves in 1994. It was recovered 2 years later. This picture, it’s history and meaning, are germane to the Christian narrative. The very ability of the Christian community to decry the outrageous acts of our culture against all that is dear and Holy is being stolen from us while we sit by and do nothing!
This all the more true today.
